Family Christmas Dinner

Hello Sunrisers

Our annual family Christmas dinner is booked for Ken Wo and we look forward to a lovely evening of holiday fun. Santa will once again make an appearance and hand out gifts to the children.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please accept OR decline this invitation and register your guests ASAP so we know numbers attending and can advise Ken Wo. Please indicate if the quest is a child / youth and their age.
2. Bring a wrapped gift (max $10 value ) for each child you are inviting - clearly labelled (with their first and last name to avoid mix ups) for Santa to hand out.
3. Email (or give) your family photos to Evan Marshall ASAP so he has time to compile "The Annual Family Slide Show." Evan must fit this project into a very busy schedule: he works full time, runs his own business on the side, and has a young family. We need to be appreciative / respectful of his time by getting our photos to him in a timely manner.

Details:

• Location: Ken Wo Clubhouse
• Date: Wednesday December 12th
• Time: 5:30 pm (till about 8:30?)
• Cost: $15 per adult  (Chilli / Chowder) and $7 per child (Chicken Fingers & Fries).

      NOTE: If you prefer to pay $15 your child/youth to have the Chilli / Chowder instead of the Chicken Fingers & Fries please let me know.

      If I do not hear otherwise, I will ASSUME your child/youth will be having the Chicken Fingers & Fries. 

• While you can pay at the door, please consider paying in advance as it will greatly reduce the bedlam on Dec 12th.
• Holly or I can take your payment at any meeting (please put money in envelope with list of names & dinner choices you are paying for).
• Cash / cheque would be very appreciated ! Please remember that when you pay with credit / debit card, transaction fees are paid from Club coffers !
• If you have any problems with registering your guests, just email me barbclark01@gmail.com and I will make sure everyone is registered.
• As usual Ken Wo will open the bar for adult and children drinks.
